Great hotel for the price! Very clean and up to date inside. The rooms are a good size for the price and were very clean. The location is amazing! There is a lack of food options in the hotel, but at this price point its not expected. The bathroom was spotless and a great size! The staff were all super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Super close to the University of Alabama!
The Marriott Courtyard Northport is SPECTACULAR! We had booked a room at another chain hotel a month before our trip (Hilton!). When we got to the other hotel we were told they didn't have our room. They were rude and offered zero compensation. The town was booked. We called around and found this hotel. It was almost midnight and we were exhausted and so frustrated. The young woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely and so kind and patient. She found us a room which was gorgeous and so clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, too! We will never give our business to Hilton again. Marriott won us over!!! Thank you for making our weekend special!
Great hotel. I did not use any of the amenities so I cannot speak to that but the rooms are nice and clean and i got a great night's sleep. AC units work really well which is great. Overall a great experience.
The only issues I had at this hotel was cooler than I am used to showers and small refrigerators. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of my luggage, work space needs, and lounging needs. A hop/skip/jump from Tuscaloosa’s night life made this stay very nice. The staff were amazing and generous. Sandra, the morning staff person during all the days of my stay, was so incredibly accommodating and very friendly. I can’t thank her enough for the safety pin she gave to me to help secure a portion of my shirt. It seems minor, but it was her own and she could’ve just said that the hotel didn’t have any. The bartender and the front desk clerk on our first night 2/3/25 were so very friendly as well.
The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. The hotel looked and smelled brand new, with a refreshingly clean scent that wasn’t overpowered by harsh cleaning products. The room was immaculate and well-maintained. While the location felt a bit tucked away, it also felt safe and quiet. Overall, a great stay and definitely worth booking again.
Beautiful hotel. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. Ken was 10/10 at the bar - great to talk with and made a perfect margarita.
Couldn’t complain at all, stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The customer service was excellent, and the facility was very well maintained.
We just checked in and this hotel is beautiful! James at the front desk was so welcoming and Ken from the Bistro and Bar talked to us as if we were family! Had a wonderful hummus plate with veggies and warm flatbread in the lobby. The room is absolutely beautiful and clean!
